Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using WeShoal (weshoal.com). We've kept them short and in plain English. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

WeShoal is run by MeWeBe Limited, a company registered in the UK ("we", "us"). You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Free tools

Our free tools need no email, no account and no payment. You can use them for personal or business work. They are provided "as is", without any warranty that they will be error-free, always available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Always keep your own copy of important files, and check important results yourself. Calculators give estimates for information only and are not financial, tax or legal advice; check critical figures with a qualified professional.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use WeShoal to create, upload, store or share anything that:

This applies especially to screen-recorder share links, which anyone with the link can watch. We may remove any share link, and refuse access to any part of the service, if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. You must also not try to get around our free-trial limits, overload or attack the service, or access it in an automated way that harms other users.

4. AI credit

5. Your content and results

You keep ownership of the files and text you use with WeShoal, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. As far as we are concerned, the results you create (for example generated images, upscaled images, separated audio or transcripts) belong to you, subject to the licence terms of the underlying AI models and to the law. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected, so please check it before relying on it.

6. Our liability

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profits or lost data), or for losses caused by your own breach of these terms. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with WeShoal is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or change, add or remove tools from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Changes won't take away credit you have already bought.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
