How to Use JPG to PDF: Turn Photos into a PDF

  1. Drop your photos or scans. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC all work.
  2. Drag them into order, rotate any that are sideways, and pick a page size (A4, US Letter or same as image) and margin.
  3. Click Download PDF. One image per page, created on your device.

Photos and scans to a tidy PDF

Phone photos of documents, receipts, homework or ID often need to be sent as a single PDF. Drop the images, put them in order and download. Wide images are automatically placed on landscape pages, and each image is centred and scaled to fit the page you choose.

Page size options

  • A4 (UK/Europe) or US Letter: best for printing and official forms.
  • Same as image: the page matches the photo, with no borders added.
  • Margin: none, small or large.

Why it's private

Most online PDF sites upload your document to their servers, process it there and ask you to trust that it gets deleted. WeShoal works the other way round: the page loads a PDF engine (pdf.js to show the pages, pdf-lib to write the new file) into your browser, and all the work happens on your own computer or phone. Your file is never uploaded, so there's nothing to delete. Once the page has loaded it even keeps working if you disconnect from the internet.

No limits, no watermark

Because your device does the work, it costs us nothing. So there's no "2 files per day" limit, no page cap, no watermark and no account. Very large files (hundreds of pages) depend on your device's memory. A modern laptop handles them easily.
